Making the right first impression
To support a memorable onboarding experience, and help set the tone for life at Domino’s, we supported them in creating their inductions packs. With the format and routine of inductions well established, our task was to create something on-brand and personal, that resonated across all areas of the business including Supply Chain.
We created an identity and centred the pack on their most obvious piece of brand equity – the pizza box – sourcing the gifts and print, including a buddy cards add to the personalised welcome.
