Employer brand look & feel

Having crafted a new set of internal brand values, the second phase of the employer brand project for Buildbase was to craft the visual identity that would be applied across their comms collateral.

More evolution than revolution, we’ve pushed their visual landscape forward whilst remaining on-brand, crafting a look and feel that’s successful across online and offline channels. The internal launch was at their annual conference and materials include their brand handbook and social recruitment templates.
