Step Up to Tokyo 2020 has seen us putting on cultural experiences, supporting people’s wellbeing and running personal and professional coaching and development sessions. This included diverse activities including sushi making and origami classes, yoga and mindfulness workshops and the recruitment, training and launch of Wellbeing Champions.

We communicated internally across the intranet, emails, posters and the Wellbeing Champions, who have played an increasingly important role over the last twelve months or so. Feedback is regularly captured, revealing the positive impact on engagement and cultural change, as well as invaluable feedback that we’ve used to the programme’s advantage.
