At CF Fertilisers, professional and personal development go hand-in-hand. As well as a commitment to all things L&D, they are also committed to raising awareness and educating employees to appreciate and respect the challenges and perspectives of diverse communities in support of their ID&E strategy.

We continue to work together to plan and activate their employee engagement calendar, including crafting and activating their Leadership Conference, wellbeing sessions and ID&E workshops, working with external suppliers on key dates such as International Women’s Day and during Pride month.
