Driver recruitment campaign
In the face of a well-documented driver shortage, we had to think outside the box when it came to Buildbase’s latest driver recruitment campaign. Based on research and driver interviews, we came up with the counter campaign to the financial incentives being offered by so many; relatable scenarios that lead on the emotional and social benefits that are worth more than a signing on bonus. All whilst day driving and avoiding long hours away from home.
Early results from the paid Facebook campaign: CTR 4.5%
